Cancellation Policy

Additional Terms & Conditions for Bookings: By finalising your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following: No Refund Policy: LWFA operates under a strict no-refund policy for all bookings, including training sessions, squad programs,camps and tournaments, unless required by law. Catch-Up Classes: Catch-up classes are subject to availability only. Due to our academy’s limited capacity and high demand, we cannot guarantee that catch-up sessions will be offered or that a place will be available. 1:1 (Private) Sessions: All one-on-one bookings are subject to change and may vary depending on coach availability, field access, or scheduling requirements. Cancellations made less than 5 hours before the scheduled session will incur 100% of the session fee. LWFA will provide as much notice as possible if a change from our side is required. Confirmation Checkbox: When completing the booking, you must tick the confirmation box to acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the above conditions.
